By accessing or using the SVE Business Portal (buy.sveindia.mywire.org), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Portal access is limited to verified business partners (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) approved by SVE. Applications are reviewed at our discretion.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future orders.
• Payment terms (prepaid / credit) are communicated at order time.
• GST invoices are issued per Indian tax regulations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk pass to you upon dispatch from our facility. Report damaged or short shipments within 48 hours.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Re-selling SVE products outside authorised territory without permission.
• Tampering with the portal, attempting unauthorised access.
• Using the portal for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SVE's liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at our place of business.
